Travel Coach

For clients who have booked their travel arrangements themselves but still have questions regarding their itineraries and or destinations, you can now hire a travel coach.

Steps to Hire a Travel Coach


1. Fill out the "Get in Touch" form. Make sure you let us know the duration of your trip
2. Schedule an appointment for your coaching call through the link Schedule your coaching session
3. Authorize payment for your coaching fee. Most travelers will complete their coaching in one hour, you may always schedule another call for an additional one hour fee
4. Your coach will review your itinerary before your coaching session and make all necessary suggestions
5. When your coaching session arrives the coach will take 10-20 minutes to go over the itinerary notes and recommendations. You will then have the remaining time to go over your questions and concerns
6. Any follow up questions or additional issues would have to be scheduled separately from then on
7. We offer a final itinerary review and pre-travel preparation call, 7 days before your trip for a flat $100.00, you can let your travel coach know if you would like to book that service or you may schedule it here Final Review Session

Clients needing assistance with itinerary building and making reservations will have access to a coach by reserving their trips with D'Luca Luxury Travel Designers; at no extra cost. This complimentary coaching is not limited by time or charged by the hour.

Pricing Details

Pre-Travel Preparation:

Trip Duration of 0-7 Days: $125.00 per hour of coaching
Trip Duration of 7-14 Days: $175.00 per hour of coaching
Trip Duration of 14 days or more: $225.00 per hour of coaching
Group Reservations: $250.00 per hour of coaching

Travel Safety and Insurance Options:

Ensuring the safety of the client is paramount. Travel coaches provide valuable information on safety measures and travel advisories for specific destinations. They also recommend appropriate travel insurance options to cover unexpected events during the trip.

Cultural and Local Insights:

To help clients immerse themselves in the local culture, a travel coach provides information about the traditions, etiquette, and customs of the destinations you will be visiting. This knowledge enhances the travel experience and fosters meaningful interactions with locals.

Pre-Travel Preparation:

Travel coaches offer packing tips, travel checklists, and advice on essential items to bring along, making sure their clients are well-prepared for their journey.

Itinerary Accuracy and Details:

Travel coaches can double check your reservations and make sure you have all the correct information regarding the fare types and rates you booked on your own. A travel coach will also assist with recommending local operators and vendors that can provide visa assistance.
