The Design Process

01 Inquire

Once you’re ready to start planning and fill out the Plan a Trip form found on my website, we’ll set a time to meet either via phone, zoom, or in person. This will allow us to get to know you on a personal level so that we can have a clear understanding of how best to serve you.

02 Trip Research & Proposal

Now we would get to work matching the feedback you have given us to the perfect experience and destination for your needs. We use our expertise and work with destination partners to present your customized itinerary for you. Fifty percent of our planning fee is due up front, the remaining part of the fee is waived if you decide to book. If you have a change of plans or decide to wait to travel, we will send you an invoice for the remainder based on the trip we were working on.

03 Tweak & Revise

After you take time to review your proposal, we will make any adjustments based on your personal preferences and then lock in your official itinerary.

04 Book your Vacation

Your deposit is made, and your vacation is officially in motion! We will be there for you each step of the way from now until the day you return from your trip.

05 Final Preparations

Two weeks before your departure, we’ll send you off with hard or electronic copies of every document you may need. This includes your custom itinerary, reservation confirmations, and tickets. We will also send helpful reminders, recommendations, and travel tips that are unique to your destination.

06 Depart for your Vacation

When you board the plane, you will board with the full confidence that you have someone at home that has your back. Our job isn’t done until you are home. We will be working behind the scenes of your vacation confirming appointments, touching base with your hotels, and tracking flights.
